If at any time during a lesson, you feel that you are not getting value for money you are entitled to ask for your money back for that lesson.
In reality, I will get you to stop the car and we will discuss your feelings as to why you feel that you are not getting value for money, if at the end of the discussion you still feel the same way, then I will gladly refund that lessons payment.
The intention is that your driving lessons should give 'what it says on the tin', if it doesn't then you are entitled to ask for your money back.
